The Migraine Ice Cap is suitable for targeted relief of migraine and headache discomfort applying compression combined with hot or cold therapy.
How does it work?
The cap uses flexible soft-gel technology that remains pliable when frozen, ensuring full 360° fit and comfortable compression.
How do I use it for cold therapy?
Leave the cap (in its storage bag) in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Once cold, remove from bag and slip onto the treatment area.
How do I use it for heat therapy?
Remove cap from the bag, then microwave for 20 seconds (check fit); if more warmth is needed, add 10-second intervals up to 60 seconds total. Do not microwave frozen cap.
Can I wash it?
No, do not machine wash, bleach, or iron. Simply wipe with a damp cloth and air-dry flat. Always store it in its storage bag.
Can I use creams or ointments underneath?
No. Applying creams, make-up, or oils under the cap can degrade materials and irritate the skin.
Can I use it overnight?
It is not recommended to wear the Ice Cap overnight. For cold therapy, apply the sleeve for up to 20 minutes at a time. For heat therapy, it can be applied for up to 1 hour. You may repeat as needed, ensuring breaks between applications.

Instructions
FREEZING - Keep cap inside supplied bag and store/place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Once cold, remove cap from the bag and slip onto the desired treatment area. HEATING - Remove cap from supplied bag and microwave for 20 seconds, then test for comfort. If cap is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds.
