Instructions

Position the lower part of the back piece on the coccyx bone and then wrap the piece and secure with the fastener. Make sure the middle two internal stays are on either side of the spine. Secure the elastic side straps for extra compression.

Waste of money

The braces are not fit for purpose, nor do they match the description.
They are not supportive. They gape at the top and bottom.
The main braces are not at all stretchy. The elastic bands do not stretch in order to tighten the main brace.
I'm so disappointed I spent good money and received something that is totally unusable. I have used many back braces from chemists, eBay and even Temu and they are all more supportive and stretchy than the Thermoskin ones.

Standing is the worst thing to do for my lumbar damage. Washing up especially!

Always reliable

I love this simple lumbar support so bought my sister one as well. I like this lightweight beige one for under clothes. It’s not hot and sweaty, and fairly comfy.

Sadly your largest size does not fit me. I am hoping a seamstress can add some length to the item so I can utilise it.
