Instructions

Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression. Please turn inside out to use on either ankle.

Disappointing

Have worn intermittently for 2 weeks now to treat my sprained ankle. It provides reasonable support, so no issue there. But the durability is questionable. The velcro pad attaches to the fabric on this ankle wrap (there's no velcro surface to attach the velcro pad to). This is a design flaw, as having velcro attach to un-strengthened fabric is going to result in very fast wear.

By attaching the velcro pad to the ankle wrap fabric, the fabric is starting to fray. So I'll be lucky to get 4 weeks use out of this wrap. Very disappointing for the money spent.
