Whilst holding slippers, slip your feet inside. Use the tabs at the back of the slippers to pull it up over the heels. Slippers are universal, can be worn on left or right foot.

LOVE THEM NOW

I have been wearing these at bedtime for 2 years now. And would not be without them. At first I thought they were too big, I bought medium and am size 9 shoe. I rang up to talk about this and was satisfied when I was told that it is correct. I have bought a second pair now. Very happy with them.

Don't fit

Ordered a size small, which don't do any compression at all. I wear a 7.5 size shoe. Would not recommend these.
