Instructions
- Positionss the lumbar support:
- Place the bottom edge of the back piece directly over your coccyx (tailbone), with the tag on the inside facing up.Wrap & secure:
- Wrap the support around your hips and secure it at the front.Adjust the elastic straps:
- Lift the elastic side straps and move them towards the front of your body to increase compression.
- Lower them to secure in place.

Wash before wear. It is recommended to place the product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash with cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
