- Slip end of support over the foot and position so that the heel protrudes through the hole at the back of the support.

Made with thermal retention. Suitable for recovery, training, and daily activity. Best suited for repetitive and load-bearing ankle movement, helping reduce strain and improve support.
Wash before wear. Recommend placing product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash in cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
